Sorry, we made a mistake

Over the last couple of days, you may have received an email or two from us, that didn’t make sense or seemed like it wasn’t meant for you.

We have a massive data base of members and non-members – and somewhere in our processes, things got really mixed up and we stuffed up. We’re really sorry.

We understand that some of you may have concerns about your privacy but please be assured that your details and information have not been compromised – we simply sent the wrong email to the wrong person.

Bicycle Network helps facilitate emails for Bicycling Western Australia and we take that responsibility as a service provider very seriously. We have worked closely with them for many years.

We’re working hard to get to the bottom of the issue and fix it.

As a Bicycling Western Australia member, you were not meant to receive an apology email from Bicycle Network or Bicycle Network’s winter welcome promotion email on Tuesday 28 June. The winter promotion offer only extends to new Bicycle Network members in states other than WA.

  • If you renewed as a Bicycling Western Australia member because of an email you received but weren’t due to, we know who you are and are in the process of coordinating refunds. We appreciate your patience on this.

  • If your BWA membership is up for renewal, we strongly encourage you to renew now via this link.

As a Bicycle Network member or friend in our database, you should not have received a membership renewal reminder from Bicycling Western Australia.

In the meantime, if you’re still confused or have concerns, please contact Bicycle Network’s Rider Services team directly on 1800 639 634 available 9am-5pm AEST Monday to Friday.
